Derksen Cabins

We call any building that we has a porch a "Cabin". However, any building that we offer can be made into a cabin and you get to tell us what you want it to look like. For example a 12 x 24 Cabin is a 12 x 20 Utility with a 4' Porch. If you need the space save the money and have us build a 12 x 24 Utility without the porch then add the Doors and windows for less. We give You the freedom to select the number of windows and doors and where in the building they are placed.

The Deluxe Lofted Barn Cabin

The Deluxe Lofted Barn Cabin is available in 10', 12', 14' and 16' widths. It combines the best features of the lofted barn and cabin, but offers 3 windows and a wrap around porch. All models feature a loft, optional extra high walls, a 9-lite door, three 2' x 3' windows, and a wrap around front porch. Optional 8' wall available in Texas Only.

The Side Lofted Barn Cabin

The Side Lofted Barn Cabin is available in 10', 12', 14' & 16' widths. It combines the best features of the lofted barn and cabin. All models feature a loft, a 9-lite door, three 2' x 3' windows, and a 4' porch and entryway. Optional 8' wall available in Texas Only.

The Deluxe Cabin is stylish and practical. It is available in 10', 12', 14' and 16'  widths with a gable style roof. Features for all models include a 36" 9-lite door, 3-2'x3' windows, and a large wrap around front porch. The standard extra high walls make it an ideal solution for an office, a family getaway, or a guest house. For more upper storage space consider the Deluxe Lofted Barn Cabin.

The Extra Height Utility / Side Utility

The Extra Height Utility model features the industry standard gable roof. It is available in 8', 10', 12', 14' & 16' widths.. It comes standard with 7'-8" walls. Choose Windows and doors to customize it the way you want.
